Represent! Creative Consulting

In Your Own Voice

My origins are in the Bronx, but now I live in Tacoma with my boo and our revolving cast of four teenagers and young adults.

About Me

As a Puerto Rican-Jew, my lived experiences as a light-skinned Latina of mixed heritage give me a valuable perspective on the nuances of racism, colorism, assimilation, and bias. My lived experiences in predominantly white professional settings give me an unshakeable passion for promoting the growth of BIPOC-owned/centered organizations and writers.

With skills and experience acquired through working in media, business, and the nonprofit sector, I bring new observations, fresh ideas, and powerful strategies to your organization or project.

My work is informed by sources including the book Reinventing Organizations by Frederic Laloux, Sociocracy, Wired for Story and Story Genius by Lisa Gan, the Chicago Manual of Style, The Conscious Style Guide, the I-Ching, tarot, and the Enneagram, as well as my studies in consciousness, shamanism, dreamwork, the history of religion, screenwriting, art therapy, and narrative theory.
